We are located on Conch Key, in the middle of the Florida Keys, or as we say…”in the middle of paradise.”
The Conch Key Fishing Lodge & Marina is a perfect place for fishermen, couples, families, birdwatchers, and sports enthusiasts to vacation in the Florida Keys.
Centrally located, surrounded by the beautiful blue bay waters and being a short walk or boat ride (we also rent jet skis on site) to the open ocean, we offer one of the best snorkeling, diving, and sport fishing locations in the Keys. We have a boat ramp, gasoline, plenty of protected dockage, and our convenience store sells frozen bait & fishing supplies.

SALT WATER POOL
Our pool has a waterfall and steps for easy in/out with a handrail. You will find plenty of beach chairs, lounge chairs, a tiki hut, and plenty of room to barbecue on our grills.
FISHING LODGE ROOMS
Located on Florida Bay, minutes from Everglades National Park, and minutes from the open ocean via the Long Key Bridge. 20 minutes from Marathon, Florida. Clean, comfortable rooms will accommodate up to 4 people. Most of our rooms have small kitchens, and bed and bath linens are provided. Plenty of parking for vehicle and boat trailer!

Activities
The Florida Keys offer many fun activities year-round including fishing, boating & kayaking, and resting or running the beach! Sombrero Beach is 20 minutes away and has picnic tables, restrooms, tiki huts, and a wonderful sandy beach.
Store
The convenience store and motel’s office are located on the ground floor. We sell a large variety of beverages, frozen bait, snacks, ice, coolers, fishing supplies, boating supplies, diving supplies – and lots more! We’ll pack you a boxed lunch for your day on the boat too!
Boating & Dockage
Bring your own boat, or rent a boat from us! We can also arrange for Florida Keys boat charters. Dedicated boat slip & dock for each unit. Our docks can accommodate up to 45′ boats and the onsite boat ramp can accommodate up to a 32′ boat. Non-ethanol fuel sold at our Marina as well.
